Step 1 : Select the video package that best fits your needs, including any optional add-ons such as Express Delivery, Additional Scrollscroppers, Language Translation etc.
Step 2 : Upon ordering you will be required to fill out a client questionnaire. Here you’ll be able to include any notes on how you want your video etc.
Step 3 : You will receive your video via the email you provided us, within the timeframe for the package you selected. You will be able to ask for up to 3 or unlimited revisions as per the package you purchased.
Delivery time varies based on the number of videos you order.
1 or 2 videos : 1 – 3 days (Express Delivery 12 – 24 hours)
3 videos : 2 – 4 days (Express Delivery 24 – 48 hours)
4 videos : 3 – 5 days (Express Delivery 24 – 72 hours)
If you order more than 1 video, you won’t have to wait until all videos have been created in order to review the order. We‘ll deliver each finished video as soon as it is ready.
Yes absolutely! However, there could still be some risk that the video clips original creator could reach out and make a copyright claim, or could ask you to take the video down. It is your responsibility to make sure that the clips in your videos are safe to use. We are simply editing the videos for you. It is your decision of whether you think they are viable for your marketing platforms. If the video is useable, we offer free revisions within 72 hours of you receiving your video.
We will happily issue a refund within 1 hour of ordering. The reason the refund window is so small is because we begin working on your videos right away to have them delivered as soon as possible.
Once a video has been created, there are no refunds. All videos that are created and delivered to clients of professionalvideoads.com are nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our costs once we have created the video.
Even though we have a strict refund policy, we also offer unlimited revisions on every video ordered. We always want to make sure our clients are happy with the end result of their video.

If we do not receive any responses within 72 hours, the order will automatically be marked complete, after which point no further revisions will be possible.

Yes! We offer videos in any languages you would like. We have created videos in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc. You may provide us with the translation once our scriptwriters create the script, or you can purchase our add-ons for language translation services, and we can translate the script for you.
